WEB PAGE
MLSvideo will produce a professional looking web page of your property for sale. Included on the web page are the same photo's and description that is contained in the MLS listings. This page is also linked to the MLS system's virtual web page link for additional marketing of your property.

MLS LISTING
Paying $1000's of dollars in real estate commissions is no longer required to list your property in the local Multiple Listing Service. Simply fill out a listing contract with MLSvideo, your property will be marketed to 1000's of real estate agents and appear on 100's of web sites displaying the local multiple listings currently for sale.

FLYER
A professionally designed one page flyer which you can display on your sign post at the property for sale. MLSvideo will send you the flyer in a PDF format so you can easily print high quality copies.

PHOTOS
MLSvideo will take several pictures of your property when we meet with you at your property to sign all the necessary paper work. If you prefer you can send MLSvideo several digital photos or if you prefer snap shots which we will scan at no additional charge. If you have a nice picture of the exterior of your property we recommend that you send it to us. Unlike competitors, all our photographer services come with no additional charges.

SIGN POST and SIGN
Professionally installed sign post. Not a cheap one that you find at the hardware stores, but the same high quality white posts that real estate agents use daily along with our own professionally designed sign. MLSvideo will have it installed or removed within 1-2 days once we obtain instructions from you.

LOCK BOX
A lock box is secured to your front door or outdoor fixture which when accessed by Real Estate Agents they can obtain a key to your residence. This allows agents to show your property when you are not available. Many For Sale By Owners may prefer not to have a lock box installed to prevent unauthorized Real Estate Agents from entering. Though if the property is usually unattended, they can be very beneficial. We install only the professional lockbox's used by all real estate agents, allowing us to monitor who accesses your keys, and unlike competitors do not charge any additional fees for this service. This feature is not available to all counties in Western Washington due to travel restrictions.
